Each TDX Government Services company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX), an Alaska Native village corporation created under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) of 1971. TDX shareholders live in, or have ancestral ties to, the village of St. Paul, Alaska.

The TDX Corporation has invested in commercial, industrial, and public sectors. The subsidiary companies provide revenues to TDX that builds the company’s long-term strategic plan and growth for future generations.
