Project Name: Design, Install, and Operate Wind Turbine System
TDX Power designed, managed installation, and now operates a 1-MW wind farm in Sand Point, Alaska. This system is comprised of two 500-kW Vestas V39 wind turbines and was designed to provide wholesale power and integrate with the existing multi-diesel Sand Point utility – Sand Point Generating, LLC. The project provides a cost-effective, clean source of electricity and reduces the overall diesel fuel consumption and air emissions.
