Trenner Park Rock Wall

Trenner Park is located on the southeast side of the tailrace at American Falls Dam & power plant. The park, also known as “Three Layer Park” consists of three levels for patrons to recreate on. Each level of the park is stabilized by rock retaining walls constructed largely from the building stone remnants of the Old American Falls Powerhouse. The retaining walls have deteriorated over time due to weather, general erosion, scour, frost/thaw, and repetitive wave motion from boat traffic on the Snake River. For this effort TDX repaired this wall in three sections and utilized over 150 CY of shotcrete.
