The objective of the project is to restore the loss of spawning and rearing habitat for the Russian River salmonid in the Dry Creek Watershed. Stream habitat work includes excavation/recharge of secondary creek channel(s) and alcoves; installation of channel structures including large wood, habitat wood, live wood, apex log, topple trees, pool wood, boulder fields, and channel riffles, demolition and removal of concrete denil fish ladder; slope protection and new berm construction.
