Naval Information Warfare Center

The purpose of this project is to provide GIS support and cleanup of the utilities on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. The project created a GIS Utility Network Model that uses software tools to graphically show the locations and current “state” of the utility assets in the system. This project included completing onsite manhole surveys of existing electrical manholes and updating as-built drawings to show the true state of the manholes.
